Update call list on transfer

I know there is al really old thread about this subject but this function is still not available.

On a transfer (blind of attended) the caller list is not updated with the transferred callee, the only number that is
visible is the internal number of the original person who picked up the call in the first place. It would be great
if the call list added the external number of the person who was transferred so calling back etc. would be easier.
