Hello Everyone,
I am trying to update from version 16.0.8.9 to version 18, whichever the latest major release is. Debian OS version is 9.13. We had this exact same setup on our office's 3CX and I believe we did the upgrade through the "Updates" page on 3CX, but when I go to updates on this server it doesn't show any updates are available, it just pops up a window that says "Checking for updates" and then it goes to the next screen and shows "Your system is up to date. Last checked: date, time". License info refreshes without issue and I can ping out to google, yahoo, etc... from the Debian host. Anyone experience anything like this before?
Summary of setup
3CX current version: 16.0.8.9
Debiain (VM) OS Version: 9.13
ESXI Version: 5.5
Host Machine: PowerEdge 2900
I was actually just going to spin up a fresh image, put version 18 on there, and then restore from backup, but when I tried to do that I didn't get any network connectivity after configuring a static IP, so thats some other weird issue I would have to figure out. Any help is appreciated.
