Back in 2018 I deployed a cloud install on Google. I've been able to do updates from V15 to the release of V16 it has today. Last weekend I tried upgrading to V18 which also involved an update to Debian 10. The VM never came back up and when looking at the console log, it was not booting at all. I ended up firing up a new VM from backup. The new VM was deployed from the Google Marketplace. Should I try updating again? I read that Google was tested for this update.

Hi @Harry Torres,

Yes, try to upgrade your 3CX system again via your Management Console. Since you recently deployed your new instance using the latest 3CX ISO image from the Marketplace, I don't think that there will be an issue with the upgrade procedure.

Give it a try and let us know!
