Upgrade from V18 to V20

Hello,

I need to upgrade from V18 to V20, at this moment I have integration with Fidelio on V18, I am interesting will integration kept automatically smoothly? or do I worry on something on 3CX side?

Make sure that you get a backup file including license key, fqdn and system owner with a unique email address.

Once upgraded the integration should continue working.
