Upgrade to V20

Hello,

I just upgraded my first 3CX appliance to the v20... All went quite smoosly, but I am lost, I am not able to find 2 things:
- Incoming Rules
- Global Call History

Can you send me eventually a link to a page or hints to be able to find these?

Doesn't exist anymore. Now you assign a DID to a department, queue, DR, etc and that handles the inbound routing.

- Global Call History

Reports -> Call Log 5001/#/office/reports/call-reports)
