All,
updating looks pretty straight forward. However, i get the following when attempting to update our NFR system to Version 20:
[33m====== [12:46:03] Preparation: Not enough CPU cores. At least 2 CPU cores are required for a smooth upgrade.[39m
[33m====== [12:46:03] Upgrade Result: *******************************************[39m
{
"result": "aborted",
"time": "21-03-2024 12:46:03",
"title": "Insufficient CPU cores",
"message": "There are not enough CPU cores. Please make sure there are at least 2 CPU cores before upgrading."
}
::FAIL::
I also found the following:
Subscription Details
3CX Version: 18.0
Type: Annual
Edition: 3CX Enterprise
Simultaneous Calls: 32
Subscription expires in: 3937 days
Hosting expires in: 3937 days
My question is: is this (NFR subs cannot be upgraded) speaking of updating firmware from Ver18 to Ver20 or something else?
