Without active registration, you can't make calls.

I followed the steps provided by 3CX

Great so that document outlines configuration for Local LAN meaning your phones and the PBX are either in the same network or have direct network access between them (no NAT). If your PBX is in the cloud and your phones are in your office then those instructions aren't going to work. Based on your previous thread it was already explained that you needed to use a SBC and based on your last post in that thread it looks like you might have tried to manually provision the phones at some point so you may want to clarify exactly how you provisioned the phones as well as your network setup.

Sorry, this is very confusing to me. I just did a reset of the phone put the provisioning link in provided by the PBX. then put the IP address and port # that were shown, tried to create a IP Address of 3CX Session Border Controller.
