With 3CX version 3.1 one could select “Use IP in 'Contact' to recognize source”. This would prevent the following error with calls through our Cisco 2811 ISDN PRI gateway.
[CM010001] Line configuration does not allow identification of the source of this call. Check Advanced Options for Gateways and Providers and match a field to a correct value from the following: Contact IP: '10.10.30.13'; From: '9995553327'; To: '5556180'; Rline: '5556180'; Contact: '9995553327'
I would like to know what the equivalent settings are to do this in version 5.1 as I have the same error but no obvious setting choice in the line settings. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
