v14 initiate calls from outlook via desk phone

as the subject suggests looking to initiate calls from outlook 2010/2013 which goes is then passed to the desktop phone.
have seen there was a 3cx assistant for v12 but so far have not been able to download this as can't seem to find the dload.

does anyone know if this is something that V14 can do or is it only usable via soft phone

Install 3CXPhone in CTI mode - http://downloads.3cx.com/downloads/3CXPhoneforWindows14.msi , http://www.3cx.com/docs/3cxphone-deployment-administration/

Within the console, you probably need to check / change extension settings under the 3CXPhone tab
