Phone Model: OnePlus 6
Firmware Version: Android 8.1.0 (OxygenOS 5.1.9)

Issue Info
Whenever I receive a call on my softphone application, everything works fine except for one thing: trying to pick-up the call through a headset connected via Bluetooth.
If the headset is connected to a Yealink IP Phone, it makes a ringing noice to alert me of an incoming call. When I connect the headset to my phone and a call arrives on my softphone client, it doesn't do this.

If, however, we test this on an iPhone 8 running latest firmware, this works perfectly fine and acts the same as when linked to an IP Phone. Thus I'm guessing it's a PBX setting we're missing?

Can anyone help me out on this?

Much appreciated!

There is hope that in the next major relase of the android client things will improve. If I understood correct, the programm will be redesigned using a different framework or api which is availible in newer android versions.

Hi Nobody,

So if I understand correct, this should be fixed in a new major update?
Is there any timeframe for this?

Thanks!

I only remember reading a post (which I cannot find any more) where a 3cx support guy explained that in the next major release the android telephone app will work more like a phone, and will support headsets like the native android phone.
Currently the 3cx android sees a headset like any other speaker/microphone.
