Hi,

I would like to know if it's possible to delete Queues other than in the UI?

I had created one for testing under a Pro Trial and now it has reverted to Std, I cannot delete it via the console but it keeps appearing everywhere.

No officially supported way outside of opening a support ticket.

Hello @Frederick Marcoux

Currently there is no way to delete the queues if the key reverted to Standard. Send me a p.m. so we can try to assist you overcome the issue.

I know that we don't have access to the 3CX database but maybe you could build a small program we can run to clean-up the system after those kind of license conversion?

For example, it could:
  • clean Queues
  • clean Recordings
  • disable related Rights
Etc.

It's not a big deal, just annoying to have in every extension dropdown.

That would be easy, but as it is now, if you do decide to upgrade to Pro, you will get all your Queues and Bridges back. If they have been deleted from the DB, they are gone forever. We will se though what we can do to get the best in between solution.

It would be useful for someone who just needs the Free version but tried the Pro with the trial... or a business downgrading from Pro to Std, even on commercial side.
