I think this is the public announcement. We got a couple of emails from our rep early last week with a timeline of this and similar things.

So they are giving us essentially a month and a half to get people on v18 if they want to continue using WebMeeting?

I imagine as Titanium you have a lot more upgrades to do. We got all our clients on v18 last fall. It's not a lot of overlap time between versions... There have been other threads about having to do immediate upgrades after the web extension was pulled recently.

Our clients have received multiple emails about the FQDN change. Not sure if 3CX is alerting customers still on v16? (since we don't have any) If not, that seems way more important than the FQDN, which is an outbound connection issue.

2,5 first of all. And v18 has been out since August. And with instance manager or 3cx hosted its easy to stay current.
