v18 4SC Free question

Can anyone confirm if a on prem free 4SC system (windows) will stop working at the end of this month or will it continue to function but be unsupported ?

You need to move to Linux and upgrade to v20,

Otherwise the license will not renew.

I just upgraded my old V18 to V20 and am currently on the free 4SC standard license. It is currently set to expire in 31 days. Will it automatically renew itself because in the customer portal page when I try to renew it just says "Automatic renewal! To upgrade this subscription see Plans and Pricing".

Is there anything I need to do or need to follow up on the days leading up to the expiration date?

"4SC Free and NFR users who are still running their 3CX on V18 now have until the 31st of July to upgrade to V20. This is an additional one month extension from the previous deadline of the 30th of June.

If you fail to upgrade your free key, on the 1st of August 2024 your key will only support 1 simultaneous call."

re: renewal, it should happen automatically on or around the expiration day. I believe you need to buy a Pro license to renew it manually.

Keep an eye on 3CX's blog or the https://www.3cx.com/community/forums/posts-articles-news/ category, but as I recall the conditions for retaining the free license were v20, Linux, and registered correctly.
