Hi All,
We have a customer who has requested a number of marketing numbers set up so they can track campaigns.
They've asked that each number has it's own report generated weekly.
I thought I had this down by creating a report, that used "To" > "Number" > [DID Number], but this just produced an empty report.
I can see this has been asked before with no response:
And this suggestion to use a single call report

Hi,
I have a client that wishes to report on all inbound calls by inbound DID only for one at a time.
Essentially a weekly report detailing all calls into a particular inbound number regardless of where the call ends up.
They use the report to extract call recordings using the links on the right.
Calls may not have reached a queue or extension.
Perhaps I am missing the option?
Thanks in advance of any suggestions.

All the reports I have found only list how external calls come in as Queue or IVR, not the actual number. I have multiple phone numbers that go to the same Queues and IVR.
So is there a report that tells me what phone number that call actually came in on?
TIA,
Andrew
