Yes indeed, I hope this will be modified because the administration account must be added in all departments. You need to be in the same department

https://www.3cx.com/community/threads/digital-receptionist-options-not-selectable.125657/post-593095I was looking around in v20 and I see that at a Digital Receptionist there is no Type for "DTMF Input" will this also come in U1?
Will windows 10 or 11 be supported. there are several mentions of Server OS but not the desktop OS's@Marc Fauser Thank you for your nice words. No we dont want to get rid of Windows, but its a significant overhead in terms of additional testing, security measures and updating. And a Windows server license itself is not cheap either. And therefore i think its justified....
This is why, for less than a dollar per day, I give everyone an Enterprise license and never worry about missing anything. It's good, and getting used to V20, but I DARE YOU to forward a user call to a RING Group. DOUBLE DARE YOU. Or a Digital Receptionist... Call queues need a higher license.

It works, but what’s the issue? Which version are you using? It's good, and getting used to V20, but I DARE YOU to forward a user call to a Calling Group. DOUBLE DARE YOU. Or a Digital Receptionist... Call queues need a higher license.
Hmmm, weird answer... See the video?? https://tmsi.screencasthost.com/watch/cZQu3oVSHKPIt works, but what’s the issue? Which version are you using?
The PRO license is sufficient, so why mention needing something higher? If your complaint is about certain features not available in the ‘on-premise’ FREE version… it’s no longer even offered for new requests. And if you’re referring to SMB FREE, theoretically, since it’s free… you can’t really claim that a higher subscription is necessary. Being free, everything included is a gift… like the hostingHmmm..
Thanks for the marketing pitch... LOL. With lots of systems, it adds up. But may be worth the squeeze. See 2 minute video showing that forwarding a user call to a RG or DR is NOT an option in V20 U3. STD License BUT IT IS on UPDATE 2 STD How come? please offer a solution. Thanks! This is why, for less than a dollar per day, I give everyone an Enterprise license and never worry about missing anything.
I also have these that customers love:
Custom IP Phone Logo
Start / Stop Call Recording
And much more
The Standard license is no longer available, so I'm having a bit of trouble following you. Thanks for the marketing pitch... LOL. With lots of systems, it adds up. But may be worth the squeeze. Thank you. You saved my day. After the update the system extensions went missing in my exceptions....
Make sure that the restrictions are not checked.

The problem since update 1.or 2 is ticking the box in your screen shot to hide system extensions doesn't hide the CFD scripts from dialling screen search like it used to.The Standard license is no longer available, so I'm having a bit of trouble following you.
Also, update 3 hasn't even been officially released yet, so you're definitely using a beta version that's not meant for production use.
Make sure that the restrictions are not checked.

You are right. Thats not ideal. maybe in the future there is an additional configuration to disable that. The problem since update 1.or 2 is ticking the box in your screen shot to hide system extensions doesn't hide the CFD scripts from dialling screen search like it used to.
