V20 Holiday greeting message

after upgrading to V20 from V18, it seems I cannot find how to setup Holiday greeting

the option to setup holiday hours is there but there is no way to record the message, to point the holiday(by dates) hours to work with the message

I would like to pre-record, setup a time and day for the message to start and end but in V20 could not find it
