V20 Installation don't have passwords or email

Did an upgrade from V18 to V20 a few years ago. All the login information was in a folder that the client managed to misplace.
I don't remember the email address for this self-hosted installation. I can get to the login screen. Tried all the email I could think of. Nothing.
does 3CX have a way to lookup or reset the password if I provide the client.ca.3cx.us/#/login account? I do have, I think, the extension for the system_owers
(not for the "system" selected.)

You can create a support ticket from your customer portal in order to help you further.

Do you have an unencrypted backup?

If you do, extract the ZIP and read the XML. You should be able to search for <role name="system_owners"> and it will tell you which extensions have this role and from the same XML find the email associated with the extension.

No. I searched and can't find a V20 backup. Only the previous V18 backups. I thought backup was automatic. Anyway, I did explore that path but again, no backup files.
If this can't be resolved, then I might have to reinstall 3CX on the client machine (and record and take the password settings with me.)

You can create one with cmd and look this way. Find the kb I don’t have it to hand.

Backups are created only if scheduled backups are configured and enabled. If this has not been set up, there will be no backup for the V20 system.
