V20: Play existing voicemail greetings or announcements

Hello! After upgrading our on-premises system to V20 Pro, we have found no way to play or review existing voicemail greetings or holiday announcements as we could do in V18. There's no button for playback as there was in the past. There are only buttons for upload, deletion, record from web client, and record from phone. My coworkers often need to review their own greetings or departmental holiday announcements to ensure that they are still relevant. Will this function be returning in a future update?

I do understand that one can download a recorded greeting and play it locally, but this process is not nearly so efficient or convenient as the built-in function.
