Solved V20 Provisioning address

I upgraded to V20 now when I go to the phone cannot find the Provisioning address

please help ( all phones are down)

What is the information you see in the extension settings?
How were the phones provisioned previously?

for example on V18 you open the user-phone provisioning - you can find the address

in V20 it doesn't exist or I cannot find the address

please assist
