In V18, we had the ability to reset,or "Regenerate" the specific passwords we may have needed to have reset. In V20, we can only "RESET" and it resets all the passwords. It would be great to have the specific flexibility back again. Here is our use case:
- 150 User Extensions.
- Most are Mobile Phone Client and Web Client at Remote Locations
- About 35 Desk Phones
User calls in and needs to setup Web Client and they do not know their PW. Our Support Team sends RESET to push eMail. This resets ALL Passwords and now we have (unintentionally) broken connections to the devices that had already been working.
