V20 Unable to Make Calls

Hello,

Testing v20 and I am unable to make extension to extension calls. Unable to make outbound calls, Inbound calls do not register in the call log yet it appears I am getting to the system. Here is an example event log of an extension to extension call -

I see “3cxbridge”…at least initially v20 didn’t have bridges, not sure that’s in yet?

Hey Steve. It does appear that it is in.

I can confirm Bridges work between V18 and V20 if it was configured prior to upgrade to V20, currently in V20 I have not found a visible way to add a Bridge in V20 short of using something on the backend or perhaps CFD.

There is an issue with your certificate first of all, there afe no intermidate and root certificates for ythe CA



As a first step fix this then continue onwards.

What I was attempting was a test importing a backup from v18 (everything BUT license, FQDN & conference). This was a fresh install of v20 with a new FQDN. I see now that some data carried over (<sip:[email protected]>). I don't know why this is though. @Charles_3CX, this is what you were referring to. I am hoping to get this worked out so I can prepare to migrate my other installs.
