V20, Update 3 Makes it to Release Candidate

Wow! What’s the purpose of all these CIDs?
Do they go to different destinations?
What’s the objective here?

I think you should consider working with a Call Processing Script, with external database; in my opinion, that would be more appropriate.
Good point Guillaume - an inbound call script that somehow queries the database and routes accordingly would be more efficient for the system I think

Will we bring back the ability to download 30 days / 60 days worth of call recordings in a single click search, select, zip, download?

Update 3 brought ability to download multiple call recordings but limited to 100 per page only gets 2 days worth of calls for larger clients. They don't understand why they have to do that for 11-12 pages separately when they could just do a single click download for 30 days in v18.

Along the lines of Reports in V20 vs V18.....

In V18, it was possible to download a report of Calls for a given number of days (for example, the past 30 days) for all Inbound calls and a report for a given number of days for all Outbound Calls.

In V20, it appears that this isn't possible (or at least, it's not simple, as it was before).

Is this something that will be added in a future Update to V20?

Along these lines, is it planned to add more reporting capabilities in future Updates to V20, such that it more closely mimics the reports that were available in V18 (hopefully, more than were in V18)?

Version 20.5 will come packed with features… Grafana, AI-driven data analysis, and more! Just a few more months, and you’ll be thrilled! Be patient—it will be worth the wait! This will exceed all your expectations.

Can I make a minor suggestion for PNP Phones

Now, in the PNP Phones console you have Vendor, Modem, FW Version, MAC, When and IP.

After assigning a phone, can the assigned extension be displayed to provide some more useful information when you have multiple PNP phones connected to the same SBC

The info you want is displayed in the Phones page once the phone registers (after provisioning is completed).

What you can do is after assigning, click delete to clear it from the PnP list since the entry is no longer needed there.

Keep in mind the PnP list is just that: it shows PnP messages that your server detected for the purpose of assigning them to users.

On which operating system is your PBX installed, Linux or Windows?
Is your license still valid?

After all services restart, still Alpha version of V20 Update 3 is available.
I believe you have to install the alpha and then the beta will become available after

Sure, but it should be already released and you can update directly.

Is it normal to follow this order because it is related to production environment? If I understood well alpha/beta version is not recommended. Please, help to solve this issue.
