Hello,
we upgraded to v20 and have a strange issue lately. I'm not sure if it started with the latest update to Update 2 (Build 715) or if it was there on the initial v20 build.
Outgoing calls to any external number via our SIP trunk originating from the 3cx mobile app (both Apple and Android, both from Wifi and mobile data) drop in the moment the other side accepts the call.
It happened 100% of the time with multiple destinations tested. Incoming calls work fine. Calls from the app to other internal users work fine.
Calls to the same external destinations from Desktop PWA and a Gigaset DECT phone work fine.
Incoming calls to the app work fine, but outgoing external calls from the mobile apps always drop.
I see "Status 503 - Service unavailable" in the log and also a Wireshark trace on the network between the PBX and the provider's SBC. I tried removing codecs to no avail. What did help was enabling "PBX delivers audio" on every single user in the options. (BTW, why is there no mass editing function in v20? No fun to change more than 100 users one by one :-( )
I suspect some glitch related to the new audio engine in v20.

Hi,

Yes, the Mass editing function in the previous function is very helpful to enable or disable Recording, PBX delivers audio, etc in instances that have more than 100, or 200 users.
