Variable Date Holidays

Good Morning! Hoping everyone had a great memorial day. I've been trying to figure out how to setup holidays in 3CX. The fixed date ones are easy, Christmas for example or July 4th. But days like memorial day, or Thanksgiving, that aren't always the same date, I can't seem to figure out. For example on Thanksgiving it would be the "last Thursday of every month". I was reading a study guide for one of the certification tests and in the slides it mentions that date ranges can be specified for variable date holidays, but I couldn't find where to specify, for example, "Thursday in this date range".

You are probably referring to Slide 7 here https://www.3cx.com/3cxacademy/videos/intermediate/time-day-routing/time-based-scheduling/

"Holidays can be defined on an annual basis for fixed date holidays as well as a per year basis for variable date holidays."

So holidays that have a variable date, will be set on a per year basis, meaning you will set it to occur once, and next year you will have to set it again to occur once, and so forth by adjusting the date manually every year to the correct one for that specific year. It is not automatic.

Thank you for the reply. Thats a bit disappointing, I know alot of other systems offer this feature. Is this planned for the future? Having someone reconfigure it ever year seems a bit silly to be honest.
