I encounter a problem when using the 3CX phone app. I have contacts with extensions: example 418-789-6536, 129. My problem is that the comma is not supported by my PBX. How do you succeed that my Vcard is well taken into account by my PBX

comma not supported? do you use 3CX PBX or only the app with another PBX?

3CX supports comma as pause.

I actually use the 3CX PBX with the 3CX application on Iphone
I have version 16.0 and I host my 3CX
I receive this error on the PBX: [Flow] Target endpoint for +number,311 can not be built!
My voip provider is voicemeup

The windows client in full softphone mode does not support pause. That's because the client sends the entire string in the SIP message at once, not part of it, wait, the next part.

I haven't tested, but wouldn't be surprised to find that the mobile apps work the same way.

I just tested on my app and PBX and can confirm that issue.

He's speaking of the mobile app. But I wouldn't be surprised either.

The app should strip the dash character so 1-800-555 becomes 1800555.

Check your logs though, you said you see : PBX: [Flow] Target endpoint for +number,311 can not be built!

Is the number you see there in a format that the provider accepts, and do you have an outgoing rule that allows that number to be dialled out? The comma cannot be used and needs to be removed by stripping it out.

Use your sip trunk settings Caller Id section, and replace them at outbound
