Good day!

I have a brand new 3CX setup. I am using a SIP trunk with Vitelity. I am able to make outbound calls with no issue. However, when I try and make an inbound call, Vitelity can not connect to the server. I get an email from Vitelity:

A call to your DID *phoneNumber* from *PhoneNumber* has failed at 11:48am on 02/14/2022 MDT. We received 'CHANUNAVAIL' when attempting to route the call to your server or device. This number is configured to route to the peer username on the account 'accountname'.

This error usually means your server or device is not currently registered to our servers. Please make sure you are registered to the correct inbound server for your account as per the configuration samples found on the support page within the user portal and that you have selected the correct routing method for your DID(s) on the DIDs page.

I did use the add trunk wizard, put in the registrar & Outbound addresses, changed the Authentication drop down to Register/Account based and entered my authentication ID and password. Am I do anything wrong? I did rule out the any firewall issues. I downloaded and installed FreePBX. I used the same Vitelity configuration, and I was able to both make and receive calls no issues.

Is anyone successfully using Vitelity?
