Did a full backup selecting all options (including recordings) from version 15.5 and restored to version 16 on a new instance.
I am not finding that any of our vm greetings were carried over. Upon first launching 3cx console, I saw a blurb about recordings needing to be converted which I did, but still don't see any vm greetings for any of the extensions.
Any help is appreciated.
