Voicemail Box Access On Other Extensions

Hey Folks,

So here is the scenario. I have a client that does not want voice pins. Okay easy enough. The receptionist wants to be able to log into other mailboxes and check messages. So when I dial 999 from any of the phones I get that users mailbox and I don't have an option to log into another mailbox. Am I missing something dumb here? I read a few forum posts that didn't yield and answeres fitting this scenario. It is version 16.

Have you tried pressing #, after dialling 999?

Yes. No option.

Pressing # within Voicemail does prompt to enter extension number. I use it occasionally, atleast on v15.5 Strange it's not working for sure.

Perhaps if no PIN number is specified, for security reasons, you re not given the option. However, until you enter an extension number, the system has no idea which mailbox you are trying to access.
