Sometimes when I set up an extension and the user goes to set their voicemail greeting for the first time, it saves the greeting to savevmgreeting.wav as it should but it never applies that greeting as the default message. I then have to go into their extension in the 3CX management console and select savevmgreeting.wav from the dropdown in their voicemail "Manage Voicemail Greetings" section.
In these cases, the greetings.xml file doesn't get generated until I manually go select savevmgreeting.wav. I've set up about 100 users and had this happen to about 30% of them. There was another thread describing this same problem and someone said it's fixed in the latest version of 15.5 but that doesn't appear to be the case. Does anyone have a fix for this problem?
We are running 15.5.15502.6 on Debian.
