Voicemail Greetings Saved but not Assigned

3CX ver: 15.5.5

Now that we have went live, Extensions are recording their Voicemail Greetings, hitting pound and then '0' to save. When a call triggers their voicemail, they get the default greeting. If I go into the extension, under Voicemail, it shows blank in the greeting box. I then have to click on the box and choose the savedmgreeting.wav file, then 'OK.'

I'm spending a half of day now going through all extensions manually assigning the greeting...

Is there something the folks are doing wrong? Is there a setting somewhere? Is it a bug?

Is there not an option, per user, to choose which message (personal, or default) to be used?

Please upgrade to V15.5 SP1 which is version 15.5.3849.1 that includes a fix for the issue you are facing. Let us know if that works for you.
