Voicemail Transcription

Good day all. I have a 48SC Ent and a 48SC Pro - Both are on 20 Update 7.

I want to configure a local transcription engine for Voicemails on the Pro and Voicemails and Calls on the Ent - these are used in healthcare companies in the USA, so they must use local transcription.

When I go to Admin, Integrations, Transcription I do not have an option for 3cx cloud or local. These are both AWS EC2 instances.

I've looked at: https://www.3cx.com/docs/transcription-engine-server/ -is this document outdated; it was last updated last week. Is there a different document that I should be using?

Hi, local transcriptions is offered from the sp8 that currently is under RC3.
