Hi there,
I am trying to get an incoming VOIP call/DID call to go to 80000 Digital Receptionist. All I get is the below:
15:07:29.578 evt::CheckIfAuthIsRequired::not_handled [CM302001]: Authorization system can not identify source of: SipReq: INVITE [email protected] tid=2e7d2488 cseq=INVITE [email protected] / 102 from(wire)
15:07:29.578 evt::CheckIfAuthIsRequired::not_handled [CM500002]: Unidentified incoming call. Review INVITE and adjust source identification:
INVITE sip:[email protected] SIP/2.0
Via: SIP/2.0/UDP 000.000.000.000:5060;branch=z9hG4bK2e7d2488;rport=5060
Max-Forwards: 70
Contact: [sip:[email protected]]
To: [sip:[email protected]]
From: "unknown"[sip:[email protected]];tag=as154bd0c5
Call-ID: [email protected]
CSeq: 102 INVITE
Allow: INVITE, ACK, CANCEL, OPTIONS, BYE, REFER, SUBSCRIBE, NOTIFY

I have taken the IP Addresses out and marked telephone numbers with XXXX.
We get this on all incoming calls. I have looked at http://www.3cx.com/support/source-identification-err-2.html and it seems that it does not work/help. What I am trying to do is to send the call to "[email protected] (Digital Receptionist) or "[email protected]" to (80000 Digital Receptionist).
Can anyone help.
Regards Colin
