Hi all,
We've recently installed 3CX to our Azure cloud environment, with a SBC installed in our local data centre. Testing so far has gone great, desk phones are registering, calls are working between apps and phones/mobiles, all good!
But one big issue that we need to fix before rolling out for wider testing is the Availability Status of all users. Everyone, whether they're online and logged into the Web App or not always show as 'Available'. I've read on other forum posts that this can be to do with how the mobile 'Push' service works, so we've limited use of the mobile app to only a few staff, and everyone that isn't using it has had the 'Accept Push Notifications' check box deselected in their own Extension area within the settings. But still they'll show as 'Available' to everyone else using the app, even over the weekend when they're 100% not online with their laptops.
My assumption is, if someone's device isn't on, and therefore the 3CX web app most definitely isn't on, then they shouldn't be showing within the 'Team' area as someone that you can potentially call.
Any ideas at all?
Thanks everyone.
