Web Based Call Center Dialer software?

Has anyone seen a WEB based dialer program that I can use with 3cx and have remote people log on to, to do outbound calling with? and if so what is the name of the web based script or company that provides such an animal. Thank you in advance.

Not sure if this is helpful to you or not, but MDLsolutions has a cloud based 3CX/dialer that you can connect to your
premise based 3CX phone system. It will require you to open some ports on your firewall for the dialer and your agents,
but it might be something worth looking into.
