Web Client & Mobile Apps showing old FQDN after changing.

I followed the 3cx guide on changing to a 3cx hosted FQDN from our custom domain. Everything migrated successfully except that the Webclient url still shows the old FQDN when creating/editing an extension and the QR code still embeds the old FQDN into the configuration for the mobile apps, which completely prevent them from being able to be configured now. Any ideas why this would happen and if there is a way to change the FQDN on the webclient/mobile apps?

Can you explain the steps that you followed?

To use your 3CX FQDN, you would need to reinstall the PBX by follow the process steps below:

• Create a backup of the system without licence and FQDN information
• Un-install the PBX.
• Access the costumer portal and release the key from the current FQDN.
• Re-install the system using the licence key and your new FQDN.
