Web/mobile clients can't authenticate due salt.minion server connection issue.

Hello All,
last days i have strange issues with our Amazon-hosted 3CX installation. Web and mobile clients can't authenticate but hardware phones are functional.
After the logs research i have found strange records in the /var/log/salt/minion

2020-12-18 09:12:46,802 [salt.minion :1026][ERROR ][842] Error while bringing up minion for multi-master. Is master at syndic-eu.3cx.com responding?

After some time (10-15 min) and reboot (not sure if reboot was really necessary) clients are able to authenticate again.
But i see in the logs same records 3-4 times/hour...

Any ideas what could cause this issue?

3CX server version is 16.0.6.655
It is running on the Amazom Cloud.

Please define specifically what you mean by "can't authenticate" and also revise your certificates, and server time sync.

Just a standard message
"Incorrect Username or Password"
in the web client form as well as in the admin console.

Well, system continue to work after some time...
Problems with login are corresponding with the log records like

As far as i understood web-side uses Python SALT library for the authentication users and it fails for some reason.

I would recommend upgrading to Update 7 as in the background the Instance Manager service will also be upgraded. This solves some issues similar to this.
This would be the first step I recommend.
