Good day experts.

I have a website that is being hosted in Amazon Web Services AWS. The website is developed using word press i have followed the wordpress integration procedure as per 3CX.
The plugin has been configured and am point the chart to my public IP on port 5001 but its not working.....

1. Chat works in my LAN but when i go online on the website the chat feature does not work. What should i check out for on the AWS side any pointers?
2. I am in charge of the NAT and port forwarding on my 3CX internally in my LAN this has been handled.

Any pointers will be appreciated.

Thanx

Quest

Can you elaborate what not working means? Error code or message?

You said you are in charge of NAT and port forwarding. Does the firewall checker pass? Have you tried accessing your management console from outside the network? And you say you followed the guide but then you say you pointed it to your public IP. The guide does not say to point to your public IP:

I tried both the FQDN and IP address issue is i cant see traffic coming from AWS hitting my firewall..
So before i even I even try testing i want to see traffic from AWS coming in the direction of my network.

I will move to testing my 3CX but my firewall in 3CX passes..

Let me try this and i will advise I will try with FQDN again.I will update the team
