One of my staff uses a 4G Wifi Router to access the internet as the physical broadband where they live is awful. Uses a Mac so is forced to use the Webclient in Chrome. Really struggles to maintain a live extension - the switchboard seems to work all the time, but they can't receive calls unless they reconnect. All the other members of staff working at home using traditional broadband seem to be ok. We think it's websockets or the fact that the public ip changes quite often. Also is constantly getting blacklisted even though the user credentials aren't changing. Whitelisting an ISP's public address range is a bit of a pain!.

Have logged a call with our reseller, but wondered if anyone else has the same issue.

We had this experience with a rural client.
Also we have another thread going “webrtc not registered” perhaps you can post there.

@Constantinos Constantinou - i think this is the same deal

From your description it sounds like the IP changes too often which can be a problem for a session that has not yet expired, but suddenly starts sending traffic from a different IP (a suspicious action in some cases).

If the user connects their mobile client (not directly via LTE) but via WiFi on the same connection, do they also face similar issues of getting blacklisted?
