Hi,
is it technically possible to connect third party webrtc client to 3CX Phone System v16 SP5?

Best regards,
Kamil Maciejewski

Can you give an example?

Hi,
I dont think about any specyfic client, my question is - is it possible to connect webrtc to third party client.
Is 3CX blocking any clients other than 3CX Webclient?

So, I asked you an example because I don't see how you can use another webrtc client. Webclient is a part of 3CX server and not a device that you put in your network.

3CX Webclient is a part of 3CX Phone system - thats true, it is using webrtc protocol to comunicate with 3CX Phone System - https://www.3cx.com/blog/releases/webrtc-web-phone/ I can see in chrome debug console that 3CX Webclient use secure websocket to connect to server.
I was wondering - Can I use another webrtc client to connect to 3CX Phone System, for example this simple demo - https://www.doubango.org/sipml5/call.htm?svn=252

I cannot find any information how to connect manualy to 3CX webrtc service, so I am wondering is it even possible?

Hi Kamil,

We do not support 3rd party clients that communicate with the PBX over WebRTC.

Our Webclient is the only WebRTC application that can talk to the PBX and there are no plans on expanding this capability. You may however add it in the ideas section if you wish, so it can be upvoted.

Ok, thanks for information.

Do you have any solutions for integration web aplication with 3cx? I want to have softphone in my web app, something like Google chrome 3cx extension but no as pop-up windows but in specyfic place on my website.
