The welcome mails sent from our system do contain the internal link as ip address instead of a FQDN.
Where could this be configured. We would like to use internally as well only names and no fix IP Addresses, unfortunately I didn't find any place in the configuration yet where this could be setup exactly (address used internally).
The external address is properly sent as FQDN so far, it is only the internal one which is wrong.
Thanks for any hint where I could change thhis.

When you did the initial 3CX installation, did you use the IP address of the server, or the FQDN (internal network)?

I ended up just simplifying the Template last time I ran into this. THought there would be a Parameter that might control that - but never had any luck.
So cleaned up the Template to avoid the confusion.

The extension 3CX App settings also control this:

If you select FQDN -> Only FQDN is included in the email

If you select IP -> Both FQDN and IP is included.
