Hello everybody.

Our customer has 3CX V15.5 on Debian and uses the 3CX-SMTP Server.

When sending a testmail from the settings, the mail is sent and recieved without problems. Also mails regarding missed calls are being sent and recieved.
Only welcome-emails don't get recieved - how can I check if they are even sent?

I tried it with different adresses of different mailservers, of whom recieve welcome-mails from other 3CX-installs without problems, yet they don't get the welcome-emails from that particular 3CX install.

Any ideas?

Thank you very much.

Best regards,
Sommer

Hello @Sommer

Since only the welcome emails do not get sent i would recommend checking the welcome email template and making sure that you are using the default one without any changes.
You can check if there is a custom template by navigating to Settings / Parameters and search for "MAILTEMPLATE_EXTWELCOME_CUSTOM". If there is a custom welcome email delete it, restart the management console service and try again.

Hello YiannisH.

There isn't a custome template. After further investigation I think they have a problem with their very strict network setup.

Thanks anyway.

Best regards
