Welltech ATA172plus

How do I add the Welltech ATA172plus? I have ran updates for it, but it is not found when trying to select it under gateways for Welltech.

Hi neville,

The ATA (FXS) devices are not added yet. We will add them soon.
For now you can add and register them manually:
1. Open the Management Console and navigate to the FXS/DECT page;
2. Add 2 extensions there and save the usernames and passwords in the text file;
3. Download attached file and rename it from MAC.txt->to MAC address of your ATA172 device .dat (all letters capital). Example: 0001A80A2F73.dat ;
4. Edit the file and make the following modifications:
PBXIP - change to the IP address of your 3CX Phone System
PBXSIPPORT - change to the SIP port of your 3CX Phone System (default is 5060)
EXTNUMBER1 - change to the number of the first extension
EXTPASS1 - change to the password of the first extension
EXTNUMBER2 - change to the number of the second extension
EXTPASS2 - change to the password of the second extension
5. Save changes and paste the file into the "C:\ProgramData\3CX\Instance1\Data\Http\Interface\provisioning\SECURE_FOLDER" folder.
6. Do the Step 2 of the following guide:
