I believe if you click on the icon it should fold the call window to the right... minimize it.@Nick Galea I know this "shouldn't" ever happen, but in reference to my post #104 above, I often find myself using a Click2Meet conference with a separate call-in to 3CX conference line. The Chrome browser creates a 3CX popup on the upper right corner of the screen. It blocks the upper list of attendees so I can’t access their mute & web cam controls. On several occasions I've had to hang up my 3CX desk phone, mute those attendees, and then call back in. Please add a feature to re-position the popup window as needed.

Thank you... thank you. I have tried clicking all over that popup. I never noticed the little phone icon before. That solves the problem.I believe if you click on the icon it should fold the call window to the right... minimize it.

I think the concept of the meeting room is to be able to have a CEO or high rang executive to walk in to a meeting room and just push one button to start the meeting...(with out IT intervention)@TechnicalCT - The room system has to support webRTC. There are such versions available from Google and also Logitech, these work well with 3CX. Else use any MiniPC that can run Google Chrome and you have the same thing for a fraction of the price. Why Yealink does not make a version of WebRTC / Google / 3CX, I dont know, its up to them to do this...
@Nick Galea, can you confirm if changing the meeting calendar invite is on the cards? I am getting a lot of user complaints regarding not being able to reschedule a meeting, unable to respond to a meeting (e.g. decline an invite). Having to delete and re-create (while leaving the existing meeting) is not a great solution.
You can get partial functionality for this if you book the meeting with the "ics" function, as it will go through your standard mail client procedure. the rescheduling is still a sore point, but it is closer to what you are looking for.
@Nick Galea What about being able to set an emergency caller id? So that my phones use one caller id except when we dial 911 it uses a different. This is a must, i should not need to register E911 address to every DID. Each user should have their own Did but when they call 911 I should be able to set a different Caller ID.
Thanks... but all that does is seem to generate the webmeeting with an ics file - it still doesn't allow me to rescheduled etc?
Thanks for the great toys. I do have a request to move video doors phones up the list. The covid-19 has emphasized security and a door video phone combined with a simple relay for a door strike make an inexpensive effective security solution for small companies. I can do the relay and door strike, but a door video phone that can pop up a video call on a screen would be awesome.

@Nick Galea & Team - The webmeeting platform has evolved quite nicely! It's become more stable, better quality, and a little easier to use. Good Job!
One of my biggest feature requests is for moderator mute all, and the participant *9 to mute/unmute. I understand on the webclient they can unmute themselves, or raise their hand and request to speak, but many dial in from phone/PSTN and if the meeting is on mute, they have no way to interact.

Thanks again everyone
