What is 3CX PhoneSystem default login?

Hi there,

I have just upgrade 3CX Phone System from v7.1 to v8. During the final installation, I have restored the backup from v7.1 and tend to adjust previous configuration at Manage Console page, however, I couldn't login with the previous default details: admin/monday1.

Any ideas? Kindly appreciated with your help. Many thanks!

The password username should remain unchanged.

Please generate support backup from the Backup and restore tool by doing the following:
Start > Programs > 3CX Phonesystem > 3CX Backup > Generate Support info.

Send that file to [email protected] and i'll PM you your password.

I've got v. 10. Backup/Restore doesn't seem to have an option for generating support info.

look the attach, first press "Browse" and puth the path where the support file will be placed, then generate support

Where in the support info zipfile can I find my username and password for the windows management console?

I seem to recall that this question came up, and was answered not that long ago in the forum. If you do a search through the zip file, for what you think it should be, or at least part of it, you should come across it.
