Solved Whatsapp working only one way

Unfortunately this is not working for me. I have checked and rechecked all the options while testing and i still find the small red x when i try to reply.
Any help?

Still seems broken - Had it working then all of a sudden it wasn't - Checked all the tokens and they are correct - Can receive and not send - Literally tried everything and have to conclude its some kind of bug - Shame as seems like a nice feature.

@Pinktomato There is no issue with integration of whatsapp. Are you able to receive but not reply back?

Hi - Yes we receive the messages but sending just gets us a red cross - I checked the tokens multiple times and am somewhat at a loss

Let me just add to that - We are using a number thats also our business landline number -- (Thats also part of 3CX) So the DDI is +4411893333XX. (Im not listing the full number). I setup a couple of weeks ago and got tests working - but now I just get a red x

I fixed it. .. Phone number ID was missing a digit .. !
