Look at your outbound rules, and the number you dialled - the system can not find a match to dial the number.
In your first post, you stated you dialled +1(626)6576046) - but the outbound rule you have created has 9 in 'Calls to numbers starting with prefix'. The number you dialled does not start with 9.
You need to remove the 9 in the Calls to numbers starting with prefix.
Also you do not have to dial +1 , as the rule you created will add +1 so the outgoing number will be +1+1
If you want to dial +1, create another rule checking for length of 12, and do not prefix anything.
You need to create the necessary rules, so that any number you dial is reformatted by the outbound rules to a number format that the SIP provider understands.
You can have multiply outbound rules, to catch the numbers dialled so there are reformatted by the outbound rule.
Also remove the brackets from the numbers
Note : Outbound rules are processed from the top down, so get the order correct.
