Need more info on the setup

Have you run the firewall test, and resolved any issues ?

Have you unticked 'Block Remote Tunnel Connections (3CX App connections with Tunnel enabled & SBC will be blocked) ' under Options for the extension

Did you provision the phone by clicking on the attachment in the Welcome email or QBR code ?

Does the 3CX application connect to the 3CX - does it display 'On Hook' in the top right.

Are you on 4G or wireless ? Is the wireless connection local to the 3CX server or remote.

Have you configured Outbound rules ?

Can you dial the number from another 3CX device ?

Have you checked the activity log, to see what is going on

Your outbound rules are wrong, you have set them up with a prefix of 9 - you did not dial 9+1(626)6576046). You need to remove the prefix

I would also remove the ( and ) from the dialled number

Follow the steps in my previous post to setup the Twilio,

Just make sure your outbound rules are correct for your region, so that the outbound number is in the correct format - https://www.3cx.com/docs/manual/sip-trunks/#h.3evqdta9sabf

Hello @Junxing Tian

I note something : You made a outbound rule with 9 as prefix and 10 for the length but you call the 96266586046 and the 96266576046 which are 11 digits numbers

Look at your outbound rules, and the number you dialled - the system can not find a match to dial the number.

In your first post, you stated you dialled +1(626)6576046) - but the outbound rule you have created has 9 in 'Calls to numbers starting with prefix'. The number you dialled does not start with 9.

You need to remove the 9 in the Calls to numbers starting with prefix.

Also you do not have to dial +1 , as the rule you created will add +1 so the outgoing number will be +1+1

If you want to dial +1, create another rule checking for length of 12, and do not prefix anything.

You need to create the necessary rules, so that any number you dial is reformatted by the outbound rules to a number format that the SIP provider understands.

You can have multiply outbound rules, to catch the numbers dialled so there are reformatted by the outbound rule.

Also remove the brackets from the numbers

Note : Outbound rules are processed from the top down, so get the order correct.

You can start with clean outbound rule, no restriction then if it works you can start restrict your system :)

I make a new rules like this and disable the E164 Processing Setting

NO - The outbound rule is still incorrect - you still have the prefix of 9

Create the following rules, changing route1

This rule checks for number starting with +1, and just dials the number

i.e. +16266576046

11994

This rules checks for length on dialled number being 12 and dials the number

i.e. +16266576046

11995

Checks for length of number to be 10 and prepend +1

i.e. Dialled number 6266576046
