Solved Where is the welcome message template?

The Welcome message contains links to external downloads which my users may not be able to reach through our firewall. I would like to edit the content of the welcome message to point to an internal download folder.
Can editing the Welcome message be done from 3CX Management screen?

Settings -> Email -> Email Templates -> Extension Welcome
