Win 11 - no PWA offered

Why am I not being offered the PWA as an option on a user's machine. Cloud hosted 3CX, up to date and logging in using the FQDN.

Not sure what you mean by StartUP? And I'm not sure I want to deploy a beta to customers!

StartUP is the hosted version for under 20 users.

I’m not suggesting the alpha just asking if that is what is installed. The way I read the blog the workaround is to log out an in a second time??
