When connected to some automated phone systems pressing the keys to make menu selections does not work. Using mouse clicks on the client or keyboard still results in remote not recving the keys.

Is this the new Store app?

I do know that in a conference call one can't send keypresses.

It is the windows client 16.3.0.264.
I make a call to a customer and their auto answer system says press 1 for sale 2 for accounts etc. I click on the windows phone client 2 nothing happens I press number 2 on the keyboard nothing happens. The the auto system says I did not get your selection pls press 1 for .......
This is what is happening and it is not in a conf call

Using the Web Client you have the same issue?

Not used the web client so do not know.

Can you make the test?

Not really as it is intermittent

First of all note that the Windows Client is in Legacy state, at least for testing purposes you need to use the web client or desktop app and check the behavior. Also this can be related with your provider and since you mentioned that this is specific on some other automated systems most probably you need to check from there as well.
